Camden Yards Parking for the Baltimore Orioles

Camden Yards (Oriole Park at Camden Yards) is the home of the Baltimore Orioles American League baseball team. The MLB ballpark sits out on 333 West Camden Street in the inner harbor of downtown Baltimore. Oriole Park is known as one of the best baseball stadiums in the game. From the famous warehouse out in right field on Eutaw Street, to the modern day retro design that changed how new parks look.¬†Fans driving to the ballpark will have an abundance amount of parking lot options for game day. It’s best to be familiar with the parking options around the venue and ballpark before getting to the game.

Here is my review of Oriole Park. If you are looking for M&T Bank Stadium Parking, you can check out that resource.

Camden Yards Handicap Parking

The Oriole Park does have dedicated handicap parking and accessible parking spaces for Orioles games. Orioles Fans can head over to Lot A which is directly in front of the stadium to find handicap parking. Fans can also look for Lot B which has handicap sections. You will have to present a valid parking pass to have access to these spaces.

Is Tailgating Allowed at Oriole Park?

There is no tailgating allowed at Oriole Park. If you would like to drink with friends before the game, you can head over to the local bars around the area. My suggestion is to head over to Pickles Pub which has a lot of excitement before a game. Many fans head over to federal hill on the east side of the stadium to get drinks with their friends before games.

Is there Street Parking?

There is street parking near Camden Yards at Oriole Park if you need it, but it comes on a first come first serve basis. If you are looking for parking tips for street parking, you should look for spaces a bit outside the stadium. Some of the parking signs will have certain rules for game day, so look for the signs to figure out where to park.

How Much is Oriole Parking Tickets?

Parking spots and parking garages in general will run between $15 and $30 depending on where you leave your car. The closer to the park, the more money you will have to spend. Some of the cheapest lots around the ballpark include Lot F, G, and H which are on the south side of the venue. If you are looking to save some money, you can park in downtown Baltimore and walk to the park.

Should I Take Public Transportation?

There are many public transportation options for fans to use instead of Orioles parking. Fans can look for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) to see where the local bus and light rail service runs.

Popular Match ups and Events

Certain teams visiting the Major League baseball ballpark bring many fans. Games in the AL East against the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Tampa Bay Rays, and Toronto Blue Jays bring in many fans. Games against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Houston Astros, San Francisco Giants, Kansas City Royals, Washington Nationals, Seattle Mariners, and Texas Rangers bring in good crowds too. The Orioles won’t make the playoffs or World Series in 2019, so demand won’t be too high during the regular season for most games.

Camden Yards baseball tickets

Oriole Park has had a tough time getting people into the venue in 2019. 2019 has seen an average crowd of 16k show up which is the third worse in the game. Fans should consider using SeatGeek, TicketMaster, StubHub, and more to find great deals and cheap Oriole tickets on game day.
