Also, I share my recommendations and thoughts on the food and drink choices for AT&T Stadium in this article.

My Recommendations on AT&T Stadium Food
I have never been to AT&T Stadium. However, looking at their food offerings, I recommend getting the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich meal from the photos online.
Regarding drinks at the stadium, try to go to a stand with an express checkout lane. I’ve been to a few different NFL venues and always go through the express lane when I only want to purchase drinks. Express lanes move fans quickly through the checkout process, which means you get back to your seat faster for the action.
Finally, my last recommendation is to tailgate before the game in the parking lots. I’ve done tailgating before games, and you won’t be as hungry when you enter the stadium. That means that you can still get food at the stadium, but you won’t need to spend as much since you won’t be as hungry. If you have the opportunity to get to the stadium four hours or so before the game to tailgate, try and do that. Otherwise, you will need to get something from the stadium if you get hungry.
Can you Bring Outside Food into AT&T Stadium?
According to the prohibited items and behavior on attstadium.com, fans can’t bring any outside food or beverage into the stadium.
Also, be sure to visit the AT&T Stadium Bag Policy section to see what you can and can’t bring into the venue.
Can you Tailgate and Eat Before a Game?
Tailgating is allowed in certain parking lots for any game and AT&T Stadium event. Check out the official tailgating guide here to learn everything you need to know.
Conclusion: AT&T Stadium Food
In summary, AT&T Stadium updates its food and drink options each season. While my recommendation for any fan going to a game is to tailgate to save money on food, the food options inside the stadium look impressive. I recommend getting the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich for any fan going to the game due to the photos of it online.
Also, for drinks, try to go to an express checkout area if you only want to grab water or beer during the game. To get these items, save yourself from time standing in a traditional concession stand line.

As a diabetic, I cannot eat pasta, potatoes, rice, or bread; which is mostly what you offer. As a result, I still cannot bring in food to eat in the stadium?
Hey Lisa, yes, the staff makes exceptions for fans with medical requirements / additional needs. If you have a medical reason to bring food into the venue, please inform the event staff or contact a Guest Services Center for assistance before your event. To contact guest services, you can call their hotline at (817) 892-4161 or use the Guest Text Messaging Service by texting to 972-945-3005 with your location and message. They also have Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 219, 244, 420, and 451 where you can seek assistance in person.
