Louisville Slugger Field is home to the Louisville Bats Triple-A team, an affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds Major League Baseball team. The venue is at 401 E Main St, Louisville, KY 40202, and is on the Waterfront Park area along the Ohio River. While the International League stadium in 2000 has gone through numerous renovations to make it more fan-friendly for guests coming to enjoy a baseball game. - Against the Grain Public House: Offering a wide selection of beer, BBQ dishes, and more on the main street side of the ballpark venue. This area is one of the more popular places to drink before a game with friends.

Numerous restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the Louisville Bats ballpark to visit before or after a game. Some nearby places include Wild Eggs, Corner, Doc Cows, White Castle, Zombie Tacos, and Los Aztecas Mexican.
