l Dickey-Stephens Park is home to the Arkansas Travelers Double-A Minor League Baseball Team at 400 West Broadway Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114. The bag policy at the ballpark permits fans to bring in a clear single-compartment bag that does not exceed 12″ x” 6″ x12″ in size. Approved Bags

Dickey-Stephens Park, like most other MiLB venues, only allows clear bags to come into their venue with fans. However, there are minor exceptions to this clear bag policy rule. Below are the different types of bags that can go into the venue.

  • A clear single-compartment bag that does not exceed 12″ x 6″ 12″
  • A plastic ziplock bag
  • Clutch purses, wristlets, and similar types of bags that don’t exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″ or roughly the size of your hand
  • Medical bags
  • A clear fanny pack
  • ADA bags

My Clear Bag Recommendation + Experience

The Bag I Recommend

I’ve experienced no issues getting my clear fanny pack through bag checks at stadiums for a few reasons. First, my fanny pack is clear, so it checks off that clear bag rule. Second, the bag itself is 11″ x 6.5″ x 5.9″, which makes it smaller than what most venues allow to enter.

Below is my video recommending what clear bag to bring into stadiums.

Fans with a bag will go through a different inspection at the gate that includes the metal detector screening and a bag check inspection. Is There a Bag Check or Locker Storage Area for Fans at the Dickey-Stephens Park?

There is no locker storage area outside Dickey-Stephens Park for fans to use if they can’t bring their bag into the stadium. Therefore, if your bag is not clear or is deemed inappropriate by the stadium staff after the bag inspection, you will need to bring it back to your car and leave it there. After that, you can get back in line for another security check before entering the stadium for a game.

If you don’t have a car to leave your bag in, see if a nearby hotel can watch it for you. The Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock hotel sits behind the left field directly next to the stadium worth visiting. Hotels generally charge a small bag-holding fee while fans are at the game. However, hotels can only do this if the space is open in their storage closet.
