Jones AT&T Stadium is home to the Texas Tech Red Raiders college football team. Since opening in 1947, the venue has gone through numerous changes to improve the game day experience for fans coming to the arena for a game. Over the years, one of the more underrated changes within the stadium’s concourse to improve the game day experience is the updates to their food and drink offerings.

Classic Jones AT&T Stadium Food

• Slice of Raiderland Pizza: Personal pizzas (cheese and pepperoni), soda, water, beer, and more at Gate 1 and 6
• Hub City Eats: Classic meals, including hot dogs, chips, soda, water, beer, and more at sections 2, 8, and 16
• Lone Star Grill: The cheeseburger basket is one of the more popular meal choices at the venue. You can get this near Gate 3
• Let’s Go Marketplace: Fans looking for a place to pick up drinks and snacks with an express checkout can head to the southwest corner of the venue near Gate 1. Skip the traditional concession lines and get basic snacks like peanuts, candy, cracker jacks, soda, water, beer, and more
• Portable Beer Stands: Fans will find plenty of portable beer stands throughout the concourse to grab a drink from during a game

 

New Food at Jones AT&T Stadium

• 1923 Fry House: Hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, pretzels and cheese, large popcorn, french fries, soda, water, beer, and more at sections 1 and 3
• Fan Fare: Deli sandwiches, including turkey and smoked goudas, chicken salad sandwiches, and more. Plus, you can pick up traditional stadium food like nachos, hot dogs, popcorn, and more at sections 5, 10, 13, 17, and 19
• End Zone BBQ: Fans looking for authentic BBQ-style food can head to sections 8 and 16. There you will find brisket sandwiches, frito pies, hot dogs, BBQ nachos, soda, water, beer, and more
• Raider Wraps: Head to the NW section near gate w to pick up sausage wraps, chicken fajita wraps, cheddar sausage wraps, and more
• Philly Cheesesteak Stand: Fans can get a Philly cheesesteak sandwich at the portable concession stand near gate 5
• All Hands Spirit Works: There are signature cocktail stands on both sides of the venue

• Potato Chips: Fans can pickup potato chips at most concession stands throughout the venue

 

Can Fans Bring Outside Food or Beverages into the Jones AT&T Stadium?

Fans can bring one unopened 20-ounce bottle of water into the venue. However, anything that exceeds that size can’t come into the stadium.

 

For food, only medical food can come into the stadium with fans. Otherwise, all outside food can’t go into the venue for a game.

Can You Tailgate Outside the Texas Tech College Football Venue?

Tailgating occurs before every home game at Jones AT&T Stadium. Fans arrive hours before kickoff to set up their tailgating spot in the parking lots. From there, you can grill, play music, and more before the game.

 

Remember that outside food can’t come into the venue with you for a game. You can only bring one 20-ounce water bottle into the venue. Otherwise, liquids that exceed that and outside alcohol can’t come into the arena for a game.
