The bag policy at Prince George’s Stadium permits fans to bring in one clear single-compartment bag that does not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. I’ve been bringing my clear fanny pack to stadium for years without any issues. The bag itself measures 11″ x 6.5″ x 5.9″ in size, which means it is pretty small. Most venues, like Prince George’s Stadium, have a size limit in place, so my bag does not violate that. How Does the Prince George’s Stadium Security Team Review Bags?

Bowie Baysox fans coming to Prince George’s Stadium for a baseball game will undergo a security inspection before entering the stadium. Fans with a bag will have that go through its own security screening at the gate. The bag inspection ensures the bag is clear, doesn’t violate the size limit policy, and contains no prohibited items. Assuming there are no problems with your bag or the things inside, you will get it back to enter the stadium with for a game.

Is There a Bag Check or Locker Storage Area for Fans to Use at Prince George’s Stadium?

No on-site locker storage unit is available for fans to use if they can’t bring their bag into the ballpark. Therefore, if the security team doesn’t allow your bag into the game after an inspection, you will need to bring it back to your car. After that, you can return to go through another security check without your bag to enter the game.

 

Also, no hotels are within walking distance of the venue to see if they can watch your bag for you. Therefore, only bring a clear bag into the venue so you don’t have issues with it at the gate.

 

Additional Information for a Bowie Baysox Baseball Game

Their official website says general parking is free at Prince George’s Stadium. However, if you want preferred parking that puts you right in front of the stadium, that is $8.
