Miller Park (Brewers Stadium) has a retractable roof, so fans don’t have to worry about rain delays. If it’s hot in the summer, the roof will be closed to keep everyone nice and cool. If it’s too cold in April or October, you can expect the roof to be closed as well. Having the ability to have an indoor baseball stadium is ideal for any weather.
During the game, you will see the racing sausages that start out in center field under the massive scoreboard . Running of the sausages is a tradition at the ballpark where Brewers fan cheer on their favorite sausage in a race around the outfield field walls. Many other ballparks have duplicated this like Cleveland and Washington DC. For those cities, they use something that is unique to their region like in DC using the running of the presidents instead of sausages.
