Highmark Stadium (Previous New Era Field, Ralph Wilson Stadium, Bills Stadium, and Rich Stadium) is the NFL home of the Buffalo Bills football team out in western New York. The stadium sits out at 1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Here are some of the best food and drink options to try when visiting the stadium for a football game!

• Tim Horton’s Donuts and coffee are found in plenty of concession stands in the concourses at the stadium
• Dog House: Serving up hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, beer and more

• Bud Light Club: Chicken tacos, pork sandwiches, and more
• Duffs Famous Wings: Serving up classic wings with fries, soda, beer, and more on game day

My Recommendation on Highmark Stadium Food

If possible, try and tailgate (or buy a tailgating pass) before a Buffalo Bills game to save money on food. There aren’t any bars around the venue, so your only options are to tailgate or go into the stadium directly to eat. When I went in December 2022, I was part of a tailgating experience that had all you can eat food. The food there had pizza, cookies, chips, and more.

 

However, if you do want to eat at the game, consider getting into the venue an hour before kickoff. The concourse is very narrow at Highmark Stadium, which means the food lines become long and congested. The food itself is basic at the stadium, so the Dog House stand is your best bet for your money. The hot dogs at the stadium were fine, but don’t expect anything much better. Also, if there is snow (or rain) during the game, the concourse is going to become very slippery. 

 

Overall, tailgate before the game since that will be the best option if you want to save money on food. Otherwise, get into the stadium at least an hour before the game and get something from the Dog House stand.

In summary, catching a football game or any event at Highmark Stadium is special. Bills Mafia (the rowdy Bills fans) are some of the most passionate fans in the game today. Make sure you arrive early to tailgate if that is your thing on game day!

 

Also, the food selection at the stadium is lacking. My recommendation is to eat and drink before the game via a tailgating party. Otherwise, getting food and drinks at the game is difficult due to the configuration of the stadium’s concourse.
