Kaseya Center (Originally American Airlines Arena or AAA / FTX Arena) is home to the Miami Heat NBA team in downtown Miami, Florida. The arena’s address is at 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. Outside of hosting basketball games, Kaseya Center hosts numerous concerts year round for fans to enjoy.

My Recommendation on Parking + Experience with SpotHero

Kaseya Center Accessible Parking Spots

 

There are handicap parking spaces for fans to use in the P2 garage. Fans will need to present a valid placard and handicap parking pass to leave their cars in these spots. In addition to handicap parking, fans can take advantage of Gate 3 that offers pick-up and drop-off for ADA guests.

 

Can you Tailgate at the Stadium?

There is no official tailgating outside before a Miami Heat basketball game in the parking lots. However, you can find plenty of bars in downtown Miami to visit before and after a game. Some bars near the venue include the Conga bar, The Other Daiquiri Bar Miami, and more to check out though.

Should I Take Public Transportation?

Fans looking to take public transportation to the stadium can use the Metrorail. In addition to the Metrorail, fans can also use a ride share program like Uber and Lyft to get to the venue. Heat fans can use Gate 6 for their Uber and Lyft pick ups after any game or event.
